OVERVIEW
AI Folding provides a common interface to AI based protein structure prediction tools. It currently supports OpenFold, AlphaFold, and ESMFold.
RUNNING AI FOLDING
Begin by opening a project in CAD and select the AI Folding button located to the right under Structure Prediction.
Clicking AI Folding will open a tab in the center window. Enter your sequence into the box for monomer mode, or multiple sequences for multimer mode. Use the nested upload and plus buttons to add multimer sequences.
